Dear Moy Yat Ving Tsun Kung Fu Family,
 
We will be celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Grand Opening of the
Mokwoon on Saturday, May 9th, 2009. To commemorate the event, we will
be having certificate ceremonies, and Sifu will be giving a lecture.
Afterwords, we will go to eat in Chinatwon.
 
The event is scheduled for 12:30pm. I'm hoping everyone who had a hand
in building the school and keeping it going and lively for the past 5
years will be able to make it. You should all be very proud.

Martial Intelligence Lecture

Dear Moy Yat Kung Fu Family,

Following up on this weekend's celebration of Sitai's birthday (which I hope everyone enjoyed), Sisuk Leo Imamura has agreed to give another seminar Wednesday, 12/3/2008, at the Chinatown Mokwoon on the topic of "Martial Intelligence". If you weren't there on Saturday, Sisuk has taken the time to preservea lot of Sigung Moy Yat's writings, artwork and teachings so that he can share and interpret them with us. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of our uncles, get some new insight into Sigung, and get to spend some more kung fu life with Sifu and one of his closest brothers.

Sitai Helen Moy?s birthday
Topic: Moy Yat Ving Tsun Event
This year, Sitai Helen Moy’s birthday will be celebrated in Philadelphia with a three-day event from November 28th through the 30th. This honor will be hosted by the Moy Bah Hugh clan.  The celebration will begin with a reception Friday evening.  Saturday morning and afternoon will be kung fu time in the Philadelphia Chinatown Mokwoon followed by the main celebratory dinner Saturday evening.  The weekend will conclude with a brunch Sunday morning.
